RE:22.3 million shares out/ $56 million cash

I don't think VCM is going to be taken private but the question is what are they going to do with all that cash which is acculmulating? Management are not likely to entertain a take over at this price, perhaps an acquisition is possible, something like RDL might be a good fit. Mabe not a special dividend but likely increase the regular dividend.
