No need to dig further Mr. Silva. You seem to have all the dirt on Gaucher already - in three different countries. You are suing him (multiple times) in Mexico.  I have not seen your Mexican lawsuit yet - and I do not doubt there is one (or more).  But why stop there?  I would sue him in Quebec and Morocco also. If he has stolen or embezzled way more than the $9M at Teheima, a good lawyer will know what to do with what you know.  go make some money off the old sob.  Seriously, I do hope you win if you are right and you get your condo and damages and get Dundee to ask for his resignation. after the facts are presented at the next company meeting we all can vote him out.  
As for Woulfe, leave it alone. do you expect Gaucher to come on the board to answer your accusations and explain his conduct? at best you are a wronged man - not an investor. being here does not help your case, quite the opposite: you make yourself potentially liable and your motives become questionable. Some of us care for this project way beyond Gaucher and Dundee. For me and others it is not even Woulfe but Sangdong. And it seems your guy will leave the company soon enough on account of his habitual disposition (according to your words) and having done what he was set to do anyway.
