RE:Why MWE is having a delisting reviewTo be clear, the $5 million is in addition to the financing total that has been referred too. The financing has been quoted at just over $34 million total ($19 million at first). The actual total number for the financing is over $39 million total. It is understood that the $5million bridge loan will be repayable through the 2nd financing so MWE quotes the $34 million dollar financing number as to not mislead investors.
