The review can be removed at anytime within 120days. Its dated Dec 12th so that's until around March 12th. The most likely timing is how ever long it takes to do the paperwork after the next shareholder meeting. I think they had said the shareholder meeting was going to be beginning of Feb though to my knowledge an exact date has not yet been scheduled.
