Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

If they requested additional paperwork, it means that AOS did not supply sufficient evidence for their claim. I agree that there are a lot of bureaucracy problems in government but I also don't trust a word the yahoos on the AOS management team/board say.
