Will there be value in DFI in 2015 - can anyone provide hope

Will there be value in DFI in 2015 - can anyone provide hopeHere is what I can find one information on DFI diamond operations:

In late 2004 DFI acquired its own twin airlift mining vessel, mv DF Discoverer, which began mining on the licence areas in mid 2005, and suspended operations in 2008 due to the economic downturn.  In 2013, The Company entered in to a joint venture agreement with Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corp. to restart mining on the concessions

Afri-Can and IMDH will share equally inthe net profits from production after payment
of
10% of the net profits to DFI

This company does not report regularily to shareholders on progress of projects, etc... that's because they have nothing to report.
If anyone out there can prove me, I mean give me something to be positive about, then PLEAAAASSSE DO.  I am a verrry frustrated shareholder and I wish I can be as positive as others.

Where is the value???
