Open Network Solutions Inc. v. Amazon Inc.Would someone please send this info to Jug on the Yahoo board. He is under the imression that the ONS patents do not cover tablets. BTW I believe that this case is part of the RPX agreement and once settled may not be press released by WiLAN per the confidentiality clause of that agreement. It appears that settlement is close but has been delayed a few times. Possibly WiLAN is negotiating a much broader license with Amazon than just covering the ONS patents. Stay tuned.
