RE:RE:Time for Action

RE:RE:Time for ActionAll genoil needs to do is comply with its basic public company obligations, namely file annual and quarterly financials, have an annual meeting, and report material changes properly. DKL and others don't know what they are doing (ask them about their insider filings - non existent) and their financials (any day now!) . Any other comments or posts by him or other posters are meaningless as there is no third party verification (is auditors, transaction counterparties, etc.). Their failures to have an annual meeting could result in invalid agreements as they don't have a properly elected board. And if these guys say they only get paid in stock why aren't they filing with the SEC as they are legally required to?
