I'm a First Republic client so I just spoke to Anthony and asked about a financing. He said "he can't comment at the moment but will call me as soon as he can". So that means something is happening. For sure for Snipp to up list to Nasdaq they need to meet a number of qualifications and the miniumum net asset amount is one they don't have today so cash would be the way. Snipp with a war chest of cash, fast growing business and Nasdaq listing I think would be the right strategy.
