57% of the shares are held by Aura and Glenn (I think one other person is in there as well). I don't really consider those shares free trading. Those people are likely holding for the long haul for a buyout.
So of the 251.6 Million shares out, 143.4 million are held in strong hands, leaving 108.2 Million to the public. So 1.1 million shares is actually JUST 1% of the 108.2 million shares in public hands ;) haha, just splitting hairs here. But yes, there is a lot of outstanding shares which means a buyout is the best case scenario.
