RE:RE:The ball is rollingLook closely at the SEDI filing of the note purchase. The note purchae you mentioned was actually an amended filing.
The shareprice rise was purely speculation and on monday it will drop to half a penny. The debt holders willl own this company and the common shareholders will be squeezed out with nothing after the debt holders force this company into bankruptcy and "restructure".
Iacono is one of the debt holders and he will end up with a bigger percentage of the company after bankruptcy

Make no mistake, curing liquidity will come at a cost to shareholders, probably in the form of dilution. The review of the mining plan with SRK will likely result in a write down of mining assets, reducing balance sheet equity. The gold and silver linked note holders are going to do ok. The POG is above the AISC so the enterprise is sound. The purchase of notes on Wed by Iacono is a good sign as is the rise in the SP through the week.
