Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

It depends. That url you posted dates almost one year back.

Buying a 1 billion dollar company, is not something that is done in one week. Unless of course the majors had everything ready prior to the 43-101 (which a multi billion dollar company SHOULD have), then it is a possibility.
