You can not assume that the two extensions to the closing date are totally due to a lack of interest by investors.

It is more likely that investors are doing rigorous due diligence. This is not your ordinary PP disclosure. It is full blown prospectus disclosure.

On Dec 5 the company filed on sedar a notice that it would file a short form prospectus. A short form prospectus requires that an AIF be on file. On Dec 16 the company filed an AIF. On Dec 29 a copy of an agreement between Cladstone and ISIS was filed. Expect to see the short form prospectus filed soon.
