I completely agree. I've been saying this all along with ppl thinking in being negative. Russia does matter. It always has yet we get updates saying everything will be okay. Why has it taken months to get this case for seizure. Why have we not done this already. The case is ready. We had to present it in Moscow!!!!!!! Many times over!!! Why are they not openly talking stating to the government we want to negotiate. Why are they are not putting more pressure in the public eye when now is the time Everyine is paying attention. Write an open letter to the government.

what are we doing? We're getting out of rare earths now.!!!! 

What kryg was talking about months ago on this board was right. what the hell is going on. I've seen my investment substantially shrink and every year had another story to put up with. More delays , new court dates . It's been a terrible investment but I hope it can come right with the right voices openly communicating. Yes let's go to court. But are we doing anything else????? Something that could be positive
