On page 5, under share capital, if the Post Additional Financing is approved, there will be 484.8 mil Diluted shares outstanding of wich Gelana could hold up to 313.4 mil (@ .12 and .15 cents ) wich represent 64% of the company. 171 mil shares will be hold by shareholders wich is not that much.

Page 7 explain the delisting wich is really not an issue
