RE:RE:RE:Cipher Pharmaceuticals acquires assets of Melanovus Oncologyyes.  See the posts re: Malanovus mgt. 
I believe he was on the Advisory Board. 

Some analysts spinning this acquisition negatively because of concerns about early stage/ possible R&D spend. 

Seems misplaced to me, given the near term spend is minimal and a decision to go ahead would imply progress that could attract a partner, if desired.
