In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:The depressed price of oil makes no sense..based upon Perhaps they are watching the fundamentals and understand them well enough, and know that it'll take time before production falls off and inventory is depleted?  Tie once the costs are sunk to drill, declines and inventory trim all take time.  In that intervening time period there's enough for sale that purchasers can have the petroelum product they want at cheap prices?  We aren't going to perk out of this by June.

Have you thought about Colombia sidelined rigs?  Is PTA's operator Vetra essentially telling you that their wells don't stand economic thresholds at these prices?
