Where are we going?

Where are we going? While I like the recent price and volume action in the stock,  I think the price action is more about a recent interest in precious metals, particularly silver and gold and the fact that we are into the normal followup month to the end of tax selling season than anything else. We may also be getting some early indications of the pending collapse in the junk bond market, particularly in the energy sector with the current price action in the oil patch. The junk bond market is huge, and should it collapse as some analysts are predicting, there may be a lot of problems to be faced in the banking and monetary system that could easily rekindle interest in precious metals and mining stocks.

One thing we have to remember, the recent deal with the new players described a situation where a new business plan would be forthcoming to change the direction of the company so that shareholders would have something to look forward to beyond simply sitting around waiting for the price of silver to move up over $30 per OZ. While none of us currently has a clue as to what the new business plan is likely to be or when it will be announced, I believe that the key players have substantial shareholdings in the company and are devoted to creating shareholder value that will benefit them and us at the same time.

Let's give them a chance to put their plan in place and make an announcement about it and then we can comment on it to our hearts content.
