If you actually understood what you have posted Wango it if from a MEMORANDUM and refers to metallurgical SCOPING WORK, NOT A SCOPING STUDY for the project. Don't you ever feel that you should stop embarrassing yourself here publically with your pretty much complete and utter lack of understanding. Like your use of the calculator for AGGREGATE to come up with a self styled "resource estimate". You really are a lot more stupid than even I thought.
