The Squooshing of a Bug named Sheldon Inwentash ????

The Squooshing of a Bug named Sheldon Inwentash ???? Looks like the Inwentash is trying to postpone his comeuppance at the hands of the bondholders by delaying the posting of NAV.   Why would the bondholders if they are in a strong position relative to
the default, continue to allow the Inwentash and its cohorts continue to loot the company?????
The   Inwentash deserves what it looks like it is gonna get.
Pity the poor stockholders and those who were taken for a ride.  I wonder if some of the stockholders will be able to try to hold the Inwentash accountable, and who knows, maybe some of its enablers.  Holding enablers accountable, if possible, would even be better. Like, for example, who advised the Inwentash as it being ok to loot the company to the degree Pinetree was looted.?  Is that not a culpable enabler.
