Did Inwentash do it alone?????

Did Inwentash do it alone?????  This post is specifically directed to those who may be looking into whether The Inwentash can be held accountable by shareholders or past shareholders, for the outrageous looting of Pinetree and the irresponsible management and for holding himself out as a CPA in the course of his business dealings which to me implys a sense of financial propriety and sound honest judgement.
What role did Inwentah's enablers and empowerers play in this fiasco?????  Can any persons or entitiies be held accountable.  That may be an important question because after legal fees are taken out of any recovery  there may not be enough to recover from the Inwentash to make the stockholders whole.    Its hard to imagine that the Inwentash did not consult professionals before making outrageous decisions regarding how much he took out of Pinetree for himself.  What about institutions that benefitted from what Inwentash and Pinetree were up to.  What about Pinetree's
"joint actors"   Are any of these players considered to be accountable and culpable??
I am not and have never been involved with Pinetree in any way including holding shares.  My position is to advocate for honest dealing based upon how much dishonest dealing goes on in the stock market.  Pinetree is so outrageous I am hopeful it will become an example that will lead to some justice and r
eform and accountability.
