Time for a divvy?

Time for a divvy? With growth on the upswing, with prospects bright, with loads of cash in the vault, I'd love to see SVC adopt the Com Dev model and institute a dividend (maybe 10 cents as a starting point) to put some money back into the jeans of loyal shareholders. With rates low (and staying low, it seems), being paid to hold SVC would make the stock more attractive to bigger players and would likely be an impetus for a higher stock price. Of course, SVC doesn't have the big investor playing a role on the SVC board in the way that CDV does, but even so, I think a divvy is good for thought. Muted response today -- I did expect more of a price spike on the quarterly report, which was solid.
