Perhaps a buying opportunity, if you can stand the "kitchen heat"

Can Central Bank has its work cut out for when it comes to raising rates, be it spring or fall. The CDN ecomony will struggle along with the oil industry, something like 17% of exports are from that sector. Ontario manufacturing benefits next after Alberta from the oil industry.

I question if rates will change in 2015.

All IMHO.  What do others think?
