On Oct.30 Pinetree held 11,346,185 shares according to SEDI.
Today, SEDI says they hold 12,346,185 shares.
The difference is exactly 1,500,000 shares, accounted for by the exercise of their 1.5 million warrants.
So they did not sell any shares.
