how many times does it have to be explained. A and B's are the exact same except A's hold 10 ten votes. Anybody can buy them (that is what I hold) and trade at +- a few pennies of each other.

If you want to sue, then it is the manegement and board. The family hold just enough A and B shares (51% of the votes) to do what they want.
