RE:anyone out there?I was about to write the same thing lol..seems like the usual people in this forum have gone dormant.
Overall, all things considered what happened last year I believe the results were very good. The only thing that caught my eye is the AISC between $14-$15 for 2015. I wouldn't classify SVL as the lowest producer but definitely in the lower percentile of producers. It's really difficult for a mining company with an underground mining operation to be sub $15 in this environment so to be in this range is very good IMHO.
4-4.4M Silver Eq for 2015 is definitely a step up from the projected high 3M oz/Eq outlined in the corporate presentation. I believe this to be attriuted to the extra oz from the open pit. Also, keep in mind that they are blending the mix from leach and UG and at some point the leach stockpile will run out so the company is going to have to get it from somewhere else..either from Ermitaño or second UG mine
2015 should be a solid year for the company. No major cap-ex projects and mill is operational and most of the growing pains are out of the way. So really just straight cash flow.
I don't see anything happening to La Joya any time soon until Silver and Copper move up so i think they'll just keep focusing on building the SE district. I personally would like to see them acquire another mine to offset the risk. Right now they have 1 mine and if it goes offline for some reason then cashflow goes down to nill pretty quick.
