Why is this going back to 3? Who really wants to pay 3 for this uncertainty? There will be another shoe to drop when they have, and they will, to delay the C series again. Management said they will not delay; that's reassuring. They would not mislead investors as they did in Q3; now would they? This will probably go to 2.
