RE:Re: "no idea why they didn't try in the 10-15 cents..Treetop, 1. You are correct. 2. Management took down 13% of this recent PP as disclosed but a lot of the rest was placed in the long time core shareholder group. Apparently there was some new participation that the new CEO brought in as well.
