To be clear regarding level 2, you can get 5 orders deep (5 on the bid and ask) level 2 real time snap quotes for free with the basic web based service. Anytime you look up a quote it is there and there when you enter an order. This is the same as what is posted on this board everyday.

For streaming real time level 2 with full market depth you need FlightDesk Premium.
