Crevier Valuation

Crevier ValuationThe 27.5% interest that will be transferred from Niobec to the new consortium was purchased for $30 million u.s. That works out to about $1+ million u.s. per 1% ownership in Crevier for a 'non-controlling' interest. MDN owns 72.5%, a 'controlling interest' in Crevier, which works out to $72.5+ million u.s. for Crevier ALONE! MDN has a market value abou $6 million cdn. (114 million shares X .05), less than 1/10 of the Crevier pricetag. The gold properties in Africa and the 100% owned Samaqua project with initial drill results pending shortly must be worth something?? Maybe Mr. Market is waiting for the Niobec transaction to close before jumping in.
