What would be the upcoming event that might push SP up ?

New CEO in Feb finally.
USTO's decision for patent 351.   (This is actually a double sided blade.)
What else?  There wasn't any new contract announcement this time.   Will there be any?    


In some news, it said that Neptune's Q3 revenue came short of 0.86M.   I guess that Q3 revenue wasn't as good as predicted or they moved it to the next quarter.
