I recall prior to and during the ONCAP ownership days, senior management, and sometimes even directors, making the rounds to all branches, and in some instances being interactive with customers and the projects Armtec was involved with. I believe it even happened during the time as an income trust fund. It was important, as it not only showed the Armtec employees and customers upper managements desire for full understanding of the businesses Armtec was involved in, but it also educated upper management about how things in Armtec could be improved to better serve the market. Doesn't seem like this philosophy is practiced currently. How do you guide a ship when you arer sitting on the head in a dark room? (If you get my drift)
