RTO Quest is so IMPORTANT for the QUÉBEC plan Nord let me tell you the $$$ will be there in time for the START UP of the mine & the plans in the TR.Riv. region T.QRM is real bargain at this 0.11 !! when I think I am following this stock since the bigginning & was not buying at that time because too expensive ?? market is SICK
