@nickto:  Your calculation is essentially correct, but needs the following adjustments:
 - EFL cells are typically 32Ah cells. 
 - The average voltage of LiMnO-Spinel type cells is 3.7V
 - In cases like Chrysler, Arizona Power and Norwegian Ferry, they received way over $1000/kWh,
 - Revenue for CY2014 will be more like $7Million, not 9.

The higher revenue (per kWh) stems mostly from non-recurring engineering on "first" prototypes.
For example, the Financial statement of 2014 says that they got USD676,000 for the Norwegian ferry pack, even though the installed capacity is only 100kWh, which be your calculation would lead to revenue of $60,000, when they actually got $676,000.
