Prada, It is unclear if we have broken the downward spiral oil prices have experienced to date. Yes, we've bounced up a bit, but, there is info on production that indicates it is being cut back due to lower prices. This makes sense, as companies still have to make money and Countries still have to support infrastructure. Every producing entity, whether they be State owned or private would rather make more money per bbl, but in the final analysis, they need revenue. To some degree the NG arena can illustrate this continued exploitation with uneconomic pricing. I think the key is to react rather than project what oil pricing will be, and as T Boone said: invest in those companies that benefit from low oil prices.
