RE:What do they knowI wouldnt call it "cheap" but WORTHLESS !!!! 

Obivously some traders are buying at 1c thinking they can dump at 50% higher in a rebound. But frankly, with not 3 directors on board anymore this can be delisted anytime so very risky to hold onto any shares.
