I would prefer they cut the entire dividend, or leave a token dividend of 1 cent.

Preserve the balance sheet and fight another day. Nobody knows what will happen with the oil price, so I would opt for a pessimistic scenario. Plan for the worst, hope for the best.

I believe on the Dec con call the CFO mentioned COS needed something in the low sixties to break even (see page 8 of quarterly report)
