In addition to my earlier comments, you can see that the price is unsurprisingly being pushed back  (and held) down again. Which in my opinion is not really a concern due to the low volumes and no insiders are selling.
 

It is also in our interest on the short term, since WOF is paying a large amount of the work being performed through share issuance. If the price is too high, the involved companies will not accept payment through shares and WOF could face even bigger cash problems.

Lastly, it seems that the daytraders trying to make some small profits have gone to another stock, which is also nice to see.
