I can vouch for the management of TSD. Mike De Wit is one of the best exploration geoscients and leaders I have ever worked with. They were initially looking for diamonds and had me looking at their data. Then they stumbled accross something bigger and better.
What I like at TSD is how most of the funds to go to the ground, and how academic geologists associated with TSD keep coming up with good ideas about what deposits could be found on their land. The Okavango Delta area is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been on the planet. Would be easy to get people to want to go to the field to work on Tsodilo land.
