and there was over 1m shares that were released out of escrow in late december, so even more shares available for sale....its over same ending as most aggresively promoted names...i would be shocked if they dont try and do an equity issue post results coming out...i would think they need cash given burn on both companies..so even more shares out...but there was always a $5BN takeover..hahahah
