I think the updated water permit application suggested February is when they would start needing the excess water.

That being said, I believe the issued water permit allowed them to use the excess water as soon as the permit was issued.

I think the best we can hope for is a great weather. Very cold..but not windy (no blowing snow, etc.) and they don't run into too many difficulties.

That would net the bulk sample program the highest tonnage count.

Any big weather issues or technical difficutlies and that will cut down the tonnage.
