The exchange rate has been around for quite awhile now.   If you wish I will explain to you how the exchange rae from yesterday is very little unchanged as of today.     I realize that there are those that do not understand this so please let me know and I will show you proof of this to help you understand a little better " peplare ".
 
 The exchange rate has very little at all to do wiyh the U.S. being down approx.  3 times as much as Canada today ( on above average volume ) .    The exchange rate has not tripled here since yesterday.    Pretty simple to unerstand for most.
