RE:First dividend is frozenI think it even more relevant that they will not get any beneifits from the 4th quarter. CG mined 291,635 oz's at Kumtor of the 'Higher Grade' ore. That's over 50% of the total mined in 2014 (567,693) at Kumtor. The biggest payday for the Kygryz's will be 'Held in Trust", for our settlement, if they chose to continue this contesting our rights and award. That is going to hurt them 'big time' when the 4th quarter financials are broadcast,on Feb 20th, 2015. This is another reason for some 'settlement' beforehand. As if they don't already have enough! imo
