Rate CutThe dollar is now at 80 cents, so we're getting the equivalent of $60 CAD for WTI, and minus a couple bucks for SCO. That's close enough to Syncrude's breakeven.
It may be time to hit that buy button, depending on where you think US shale is going. However, look forward to another big currency loss for the next report - at least that's non-cash.
