various

variousColombian environment:
- recent news that the energy ministry wants to help producers, meeting and newstherefrom expected late Jan (27 or 29)? vs Colombia not working to the benefit juniors and microcaps over last 3-4 years, only larger companies, peso vs USD (that has been brought up many times, we should also add that the CAD is way off against USD just like the peso, and this company brings dollars back to CAD, as well as G&A partially in CAD).
Reporting season:
- we'll learn on year end reserves only in a few months.  Last year it was released april 28.
- won't see financial effect yet of the Ecuador pipe options for crude out of Putumayo
- will end up needing to release developments around the notes payable which mature April 19, but possibly just push that into the end of april y/e release.
- Q1's will be material.  We'll see Q1 production, have reserves and balance sheet, see the Ecuador effects on costs, and get a sense of run rate office costs.
-This is what market is waiting for in the whole sector - fresh AIF, annuals, + Q1's to see who's weathered the downturn and how well.
New wells - others best to bring forth information here

Share consolidation - not material from my standpoint, but continues to be out there
