RE:RE:RE:RE:...it just doesnt add up how alfa has 19% stake... can prob take this out and bod would prob accept 8 to 10... and wow what a dea.. if you go their website it shows them holding emergency shareholder meeting to raise capital through share issuance for possibly getting involved in e&p... unless recent tumble in stock price scared them.. but if they were good operators and their intentions are to buy this company... not sure what is taking so long... unless its all rhetoric and they really are only passive... but why go up to 20%... this is one big puzzle i cant seem to find an answer... 

columbia has meeting scheduled to help the e&p names.. hopefully they extend credit or backstop the debts to bring down the yields to calm fears... that should do a good job to asuage investors.
