Agreed, Sawtooth.  Market conditions are not Vms Ventures fault.  The spiral in copper is not Vms's fault.  The drop in oil- and pure fear in the stock market are not Vms's fault.  The company has no control over these factors.  Vms is in good company as the junior mining sector was literally beat up and left by the side of the road in 2014.  Again, no fault of Vms.  They have delivered.   An excellent joint venture partner/ Reed Lake turned into a producing mine.  A healthy share of mine profits,
carried to production.  The lawsuit I am not worried about.  Just a process that must be gone through.     I would say the best thing for Vms Ventures to do right now is watch their cash burn very carefully, as the economy is going to  get darker before it turns around.  Any good business would do the same if you want to stay afloat.   I think that is what Vms is going to do.  Just my opinion.  Yes, they are going to pay their salaries.  Lets not be stupid.  They are not volunteers.
Many juniors have not/are not going to survive this.    Too many external factors hammering at them.   Play it smart and watch your cash.   Ag1
