Yes TBE debt is a reason for concern.  This is why TD securities is predicting another dividend cut.  Hedges have 11 months to run and and start to fall off mid year.  The expectation is that oil won't recover in 11 months.  I don't believe TBE can wait until the end of 2015 to defend the balance sheet.  It will be sooner and until they do, the SP will be range bound.  So yes debt levels and potential dividend reduction is a reason to be cautious.  This does not only apply to TBE but almost all divi oil plays.
