WebsiteTelestaTherapeutics.com website is not active yet, as of one minute ago. It shouldn't take two months to build a website. I think something is going on that is holding up the launch.
I googled "how long does it take to build a website". I got at least a full page of exact hits from companies who offer to build websites for a fee. They say 2-4 weeks including consultation and approval time. If the client can't make up their mind about what the content should say, then it can take up to two months.
TST could have started building the website before the shareholders had voted. So I think they have had 2-3 months to finish the job. What could hold it up?
One possibility is the SEC in the US won't allow them to open it up to US resident investors unless TST has filed their data on Edgar and received SEC clearance. I know, for example, if anyone accesses the Gluskin-Scheff website, they first ask you if you are a Canadian or an American. GS-T restricts what Americans are allowed to see. I heard from one of our US posters that he cannot access Sedar.com, so he could not see any of the Bioniche documents.
If TST is attending US conferences and meeting US investors, you don't want to frustrate those people when they try to research their potential investment. If they accessed the website and found it blocked, they might not try again later. So enabling US-accessability would be a huge benefit the TST stock price.
P.S.: I tried accessing Telesta.com and got "The Gold Buying Girl". I hope that is not a problem for TST.
