Two years ago RCF issued an RFQ - but the reality it's been more than 3 years since this deal has been crafted - hard to believe nothing has happened since.  Three years is a long time even when the customer is a govenment.

I have to seriously question whether this deal is even still alive.  Better hope thay have others they are talking to.
